1. Site Supervision
- Supervise daily construction and technical activities at the site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor civil, finishing, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, and other site-related works as assigned.
- Ensure proper sequencing and coordination of different activities.
- Monitor manpower and contractor activities on a daily basis.
2. Technical Coordination
- Read and understand architectural, structural, and service drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Identify technical issues or discrepancies in drawings and immediately report them to the Project Manager.
- Ensure approved drawings and instructions are followed at site.
- Assist engineers in resolving technical and execution-related problems.
3. Quality Control
- Inspect ongoing work to ensure required quality standards are maintained.
- Check workmanship and construction materials used at the site.
- Identify defective or substandard work and ensure rectification.
- Conduct regular inspections of completed works before handing them over to the concerned department.
- Ensure proper finishing and execution as per project requirements.
4. Contractor Management
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for daily work execution.
- Allocate and monitor work according to project priorities.
- Ensure contractors maintain required manpower at the site.
- Monitor contractor performance and work quality.
- Verify completed work and measurements before submitting them for further approval.
5. Material Management
- Monitor availability of construction materials required for daily activities.
- Inform the concerned department about upcoming material requirements.
- Monitor material usage and minimize unnecessary wastage.
- Ensure materials are stored and handled properly at the site.
6. Progress Monitoring
- Monitor daily work progress against the project schedule.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress updates.
