1. Job Purpose

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to generate quality leads, increase showroom footfall, strengthen brand visibility, support vehicle sales, and improve customer engagement across digital and offline channels.

2. Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop monthly, quarterly and annual dealership marketing plans.
- Plan marketing activities based on sales targets, inventory, recent launches and local market opportunities.
- Develop campaigns for PV, EV, commercial vehicles, used cars, service and accessories, as applicable.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, offers and local market trends.

Digital Marketing
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta,



YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Plan lead-generation campaigns for new vehicle models, test drives, bookings and offers.
- Manage dealership social media pages and content calendar.
- Coordinate creation of videos, reels, graphics, customer testimonials and product content.
- Monitor digital leads, CPL, conversions and campaign ROI.
- Improve dealership visibility through Google Business Profile, local SEO and online reputation management.

Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Generate qualified leads for the Sales and CRM teams.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers to ensure timely lead allocation and follow-up.
- Track marketing-generated leads from enquiry to test drive and booking.
- Analyse lead quality and improve campaigns based on conversion performance.
- Conduct campaigns to increase showroom walk-ins and test-drive registrations.

Events & Local Marketing
- Plan and execute vehicle launc
