Experience

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with robust hands-on expertise in 2+ ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.

Work across 2+ ServiceNow modules, including integrations and custom applications.

Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer workflows, and REST/SOAP integrations.

Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.

Follow ServiceNow best practices and maintain platform performance and security.

Required Skills:

6–12 years of ServiceNow development experience.

Strong expertise in at least 2 ServiceNow modules.

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.

Experience with integrations, APIs, and upgrade/implementation projects.
