Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Service Support Engineer / Level 2 Support Staff to support deployment, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities for Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) and Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS) projects across highways, smart mobility, and intelligent transportation infrastructure.

The candidate will be responsible for providing L2 technical support for field devices, networking, servers, software applications, and integrated ITS systems, while coordinating with OEMs, field engineers, and project teams to ensure high system uptime and SLA compliance.

Technical Support & Maintenance
- Provide Level-2 technical support for ETC and ATMS systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with Level-1 support teams and OEM technical teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor system health, alarms, and service availability.

System Support
- Support operation of:
- ANPR Cameras




- CCTV Surveillance Systems
- Lane Controllers
- RFID / FASTag Systems
- VMS (Variable Message Signboards)
- Traffic Sensors
- UPS & Power Systems
- Network Switches and Communication Equipment
- IP-based Communication Systems
- Central Monitoring & Control Systems

Incident & SLA Management
- Analyze incidents and provide timely resolution within SLA timelines.
- Prepare incident reports, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and corrective action reports.
- Escalate critical issues to higher support levels when required.
- Coordinate remotely with site teams for troubleshooting and restoration.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain service logs, maintenance records, and support documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports.
- Support audit, compliance, and project documentation activities.

Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with project execution teams, vendors, OEMs, and customers.
