Job Purpose

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and financial operations, statutory compliance, invoicing, payments, cash collections, banking activities, and stock verification for café outlets. The role requires accuracy, timely reporting, and coordination with internal departments and external authorities.

Key Responsibilities1. GST & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and file GST returns within the prescribed timelines.
- Maintain GST-related records, purchase and sales data, and supporting documentation.
- Reconcile GST input and output data and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Maintain records and documentation related to GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.

2. E-Invoicing & Tally
- Generate and manage e-invoices through Tally as per applicable regulations.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and other financial transactions accurately in Tally.
- Ensure proper accounting entries and supporting documentation are maintained.




- Assist with reconciliation of accounts and ledgers.

3. Payments & Cash Collection
- Process and record vendor and other business payments as per company procedures.
- Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely payments.
- Collect, verify, and account for cash collections from café outlets or other designated locations.
- Prepare daily cash collection and deposit records.
- Ensure proper handling and reconciliation of cash and other payment receipts.

4. Banking Activities
- Visit banks for cash deposits, withdrawals, cheque submissions, and other banking-related work as required.
- Maintain records of bank transactions and supporting documents.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and follow up on any discrepancies.

5. Café Outlet Stock Checking
- Conduct regular physical stock checks at café outlets.
- Verify stock quantities and compare physical stock with records and system data.
