Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day technical activities at the residential project site.
- Review architectural, structural, MEP, and other technical drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and site problems.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals.
- Monitor project progress and support timely completion.
- Review contractor work and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Support project planning, cost control, and material requirements.
- Lead and guide engineers, supervisors, and technical staff.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
