Java Engineer/ Senior Engineer

Role Purpose

The Engineer I is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining technology solutions that support enterprise business objectives. The role contributes to software delivery initiatives by developing high-quality code, supporting automation and CI/CD practices, troubleshooting existing systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable technology solutions.

The successful candidate will demonstrate robust problem-solving skills, a commitment to quality, and a willingness to learn contemporary development practices, cloud technologies, and enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software applications and services.
Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated software delivery.




Integrate applications and services across enterprise platforms.
Support cloud-native and platform-based solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and non-production issues.
Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and quality assurance processes.
Create and maintain technical documentation, flowcharts, and solution designs.
Assist in system upgrades, performance improvements, and platform optimization initiatives.
Contribute to process automation and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Essential Capabilities
Experience in technology delivery, software development, or application support.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of software development principles and best practices.
Programming experience in Java.
Understanding of software testing and quality assurance
