Role & responsibilities
Operate and monitor filling and packing lines for pharmaceutical liquid products.
Perform machine setup, changeover, and routine operational checks.
Ensure filling accuracy, line clearance, and product quality.
Maintain BMR/BPR and packing documentation.
Follow GMP, SOPs, and safety procedures.
Coordinate with QA, Production, and Engineering during operations.
Experience with Monoblock Filling Machines

Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Polytechnic / D. Pharma.
Experience: 2 to 5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging operations.
Hands-on experience in operating Rotary Filling & Sealing Machines for pharmaceutical products.
Knowledge of machine setup, operation, changeover, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
Familiarity with filling volume control, sealing quality checks, and in-process inspection activities.
Valuable understanding of GMP, SOPs, Valuable Documentation Practices (GDP), and production documentation.
