Roles and Responsibility
Troubleshoot and repair complex technical issues with equipment and systems.

Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Provide training and support to junior engineers and technicians on best practices and procedures.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role.
Robust knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
