We are hiring a Society Manager for a residential project.
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in residential/society management
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day society operations
Handle resident queries and complaints
Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff
Coordinate with vendors (electrician, plumber, etc.)
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning of the premises
Monitor maintenance activities and services
Maintain records, billing, and compliance
Requirements:
Experience in residential/villa society management
Positive communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage staff and vendors efficiently
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
