About the Role

HBG Knowledge is looking for an experienced and performance-driven
SEO Specialist
who understands the current search landscape and can manage SEO activities across
5 different brands
.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in improving organic visibility, building SEO strategies from the ground up, and helping
recent websites achieve rankings and sustainable organic traffic
. The candidate should stay updated with the latest developments in Google Search, AI-driven search, AEO, GEO, technical SEO, content optimization, and changing search behavior.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end SEO activities for
5 HBG brands
.
Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with each brand's business objectives.
Handle SEO for both
recent and established websites
.
Demonstrate experience in helping newly launched websites gain organic rankings and visibility.
Conduct detailed keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor analysis,



and content gap analysis.
Plan and implement on-page, off-page, technical, local, and content SEO strategies.
Identify and resolve keyword cannibalization, indexing, crawling, internal linking, and site architecture issues.
Optimize website content for
Google Search, AI Overviews, answer engines, and generative AI platforms
.
Apply current SEO practices related to
E-E-A-T, entity SEO, topical authority, structured data, and semantic search
.
Work closely with content writers, developers, and designers to implement SEO recommendations.
Conduct regular technical SEO audits and provide explicit implementation recommendations.
Monitor rankings, organic traffic, leads, conversions, impressions, CTR, and other SEO KPIs.
Analyze performance through Google Search Console, GA4, and other SEO platforms.
Identify ranking drops and growth opportunities and take corrective action proactively.
