Role & responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day production operations in the manufacturing plant.
Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support batch charging, reaction monitoring, filtration, drying, and packaging activities.
Maintain production records, logbooks, and batch manufacturing documents.
Follow safety, health, and environmental (SHE) guidelines at all times.
Coordinate with production supervisors and shift in-charges for smooth plant operations.
Assist in troubleshooting minor process-related issues.
Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness in the assigned work area.
Support quality and compliance requirements as per company standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma in Chemical Engineering, B.Sc. (Organic Chemistry), or M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
