Role Purpose
Responsible for executing the testing/UAT for Operations Projects/ System Changes predefined business system maintenances /set ups on production.
Role Accountability
Execute UAT for Current Product system policy changes /projects as assigned
Regular tracking /reporting of testing schedules /progress issues on UAT
100% accurate documentation for all testing scripts executed results thereof
Collaborate with various internal groups to understand detailed business requirements /impact and contribute towards creation of additional test scenarios wherever applicable to ensure zero adverse production impact /smooth production releases
Support creating detailed and accurate business requirement documents (BRDs) for system changes involved in assigned projects/regular business policy changes
System administrator /key spoc for ensuring timely/accurate production maintenances for Ops predefined parameters compliance adherence
