The incumbent will analyze market trends and internal performance to help leaders optimize operations and increase profitability.
Duties & Responsibilities
Building data models, dashboards, and market insights to directly shape executive long-term planning, resource allocation, and corporate growth initiatives.
Manage end-to-end data pipelines collection, validation, cleansing, and ingestion from multiple sources to ensure accuracy before analysis.
Maintain master datasets, trackers, and databases as a single source of truth; ensure timely and accurate data inputs from relevant teams.
Translate high-level corporate goals into measurable key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic milestones
Conduct external market research, industry trend forecasting, and competitor benchmarking to spot current business expansion prospects.
Run scenario analyses and predictive modeling to help executives navigate risk, investments, and organizational scaling
Exceptional data storytelling skills to present complex findings to non-technical C-suite executives.
Monitor performance against defined KPIs, compile management reports, and flag anomalies proactively.
Perform data wrangling, transformation, and normalization to make raw data analysis-ready; apply appropriate data models for multi-dimensional reporting.
Identify gaps in data capture processes and coordinate with tech/ops teams to improve data collection infrastructure and system integrations.
