Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and target-oriented professionals to lead our real estate sales team and drive revenue through effective sales strategies, customer acquisition, Channer Partner Engeagement and business development.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the real estate market, excellent leadership and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, motivate, and mentor the real estate sales team.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team and individual sales executives.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and booking targets.
Generate and convert leads through direct sales, channel partners, digital leads, referrals, and other sources.
Monitor the complete sales cycle from lead generation to site visits, negotiations, booking, and closure.
Ensure effective follow-up with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Track competitor projects, pricing, market trends, and customer preferences.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and revenue projections.

Educational Qualification
