Hiring: Goa Operations Manager

We’re Hiring – Manager in Goa

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Operations Manager to manage multiple business operations, including:

Airbnb / Homestay Management – bookings, guest communication, check-ins/check-outs, housekeeping coordination and property maintenance

Laundry Operations – daily operations, staff coordination, quality control and order managemen

Café Operations – staff management, inventory, customer service, cleanliness and daily operation

Team Management – supervise staff and ensure smooth coordination between all departments

Overall Operations – handle vendors, supplies, schedules, basic accounts and day-to-day problem solving

Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality,



Airbnb, café, laundry or operations management
Valuable communication and management skil

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
Responsible, organised and proactive
Knowledge of Goa and local vendors/staff will be an advantage
Driving licence preferred

Salary: Based on experience and skills
