Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage overall store and warehouse operations in a manufacturing setting. The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, material planning, ERP/SAP operations, logistics, manpower management, and ensuring productive and compliant store processes.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Warehouse Management
Manage daily store and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.
Monitor stock levels and minimize shortages, excess inventory, and material wastage.
ERP / SAP Control
Ensure accurate and timely transactions in ERP/SAP systems.
Monitor GRN, material issues, transfers, stock adjustments, and other store transactions.
Maintain proper documentation and system records.
Supply Chain Management
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams for smooth material flow.
Ensure timely availability of materials as per production requirements.




Logistics & Material Planning
Plan and monitor material movement, loading, unloading, and transportation.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
Manpower Handling & Team Strengthening
Manage and supervise store personnel effectively.
Allocate work, monitor performance, and provide training and guidance to the team.
Strengthen the team through proper manpower planning and development.
FIFO Implementation
Ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) practices for applicable materials.
Monitor material ageing and prevent obsolete or expired stock.
Kaizen, 5S & Area Management
Implement and maintain 5S standards across store and warehouse areas.
Identify opportunities for Kaizen and continuous improvement.
Ensure proper housekeeping, storage, identification, and area utilization.
SOP Preparation & Implementation
Prepare, implement, and periodically review SOPs related to stor
