Business Systems Analyst – Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from departments.
Understand existing business processes and identify improvements.
Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, process flows, and requirement documents.
Coordinate with developers, testers, management, and end users.
Convert business requirements into technical specifications.
Analyze and troubleshoot system/process issues.
Support website, mobile app, ERP/DMS/CRM and other business applications.
Perform UAT and coordinate bug resolution.
Prepare reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
Train users and provide post-implementation support.
Monitor system performance and suggest automation improvements.

Skills Required
Business/process analysis
Requirement gathering
MS Excel and PowerPoint
SQL basics
Flowcharts / process mapping
SDLC knowledge
UAT & testing
Valuable communication skills
Basic understanding of websites, mobile applications and APIs
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
