Job Description

Maganaadi Constructions is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and oversee residential construction projects in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, planning, site coordination, quality, cost control, manpower management, contractor coordination, and timely project completion.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the complete project execution from start to final handover.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, and activity targets.
Plan and coordinate civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, tiling, painting, fabrication, and finishing works.
Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and ensure timely completion.
Manage Site Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors, Subcontractors, and other project personnel.
Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, Clients, Vendors,



and Contractors.
Review and interpret architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor workmanship and ensure proper quality control at all stages of construction.
Identify project delays, dependencies, and critical activities and take corrective actions.
Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and resources according to project requirements.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials.
Monitor material consumption, wastage, and overall project costs.
Review BOQ quantities, site measurements, subcontractor bills, RA bills, variations, and extra works.
Monitor project cost against the approved budget.
