Voice AI / Conversational AI Engineer – Sales

We are looking for a \Voice AI Engineer\ to build AI-powered voice agents for \sales and lead qualification calls\.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build real-time AI voice agents for sales calls

Integrate \LLMs, Speech-to-Text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS)\*

* Build natural conversations, interruptions, and call transfers

Integrate telephony platforms like \Twilio/Telnyx\*

Connect AI agents with \CRM and business APIs\*

* Improve conversation quality, accuracy, and latency

Key Skills:

\Voice AI / Conversational AI\*

\OpenAI / Gemini / Claude APIs\*

\Python or Node.js\*

\STT / TTS\*





\Twilio / Telnyx / SIP\*

\WebSockets & real-time streaming\*

\Prompt engineering & AI agent workflows\*

Understanding of \sales conversations, lead qualification, and objection handling\*

\Preferred:\ Experience building AI sales, calling, customer-support, or appointment-booking agents.

\Ideal candidate:\ Someone who has \hands-on experience building and deploying real-time AI voice agents\, not just chatbot/LLM applications.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
