Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day interior site execution activities.
Execute works as per approved architectural/interior drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Monitor carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, gypsum, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, partitions, and other finishing works.
Check site measurements and prepare material requirements.
Coordinate material deliveries and monitor material consumption and wastage.
Ensure quality of materials and workmanship at site.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Track project progress and identify delays or site issues.
Resolve technical and execution-related problems at site.




Verify contractor measurements and bills.
Ensure proper manpower allocation and productivity.
Follow site safety procedures and maintain valuable housekeeping.
Conduct snag inspections and ensure timely closure of pending works.
Coordinate final inspection and project handover.

Required Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in interior execution / fit-out projects, depending on seniority.

Pay: ₹35,950.01 - ₹45,691.87 per month
