Principle activities

- Manage and verify Supply chain data : Host; Demand Viewer

- Processes the technical documentation (CKD) to determine the need for each monthly package / project / model

- Processing the list of materials proposed for shipment (HOST) and clarifying the delivery terms with the suppliers for which it is responsible

- Controls the volume of orders to suppliers vs deamand by optimizing it: correlating orders with those for other CKD factories in the case of common materials, relocating materials from other locations if the process efficiency is proven

- Ensures the flow of raw materials for the factory through the central distribution warehouses: Vilsbiburg / BRE with the suppliers for which it is responsible

- Processing of information from suppliers: confirmation / invalidation deliveries, capacity problems, change packaging unit,technical changes

- Ensures the flow of information to the production plant KS VK, Beschaffung ,TPM, quality department, , custom dep., distribution center in case of notifications from the supplier

- Issuing the DRX standard notification forms for Delay of delivery in DFM

- Putting agreement with the supplier, VIB input goods and transport coordination in case of emergency strategy on delivery delays





- Keep optimum volume of stock of raw material to production plant by signaling the anomaly of system / process, overlapping periodic stock factory opened requirement for that date

- Apply and follow the material supply strategy in case of quality complaints as communicated.

- Follow the production plan and assure the raw materials in order to assure customer deliveries.

- Issue the special orders to Transportlogistik for air freights and SOFA.

- Using PKT for booking the materials for delivery scope.

- Keep evidence of premium freights.

- Set up on System of recent materials over BPM.

- Monitoring and administrate the changes of materials thru CMH tool.

Job requirements

Specialized knowledge / education: Degree In Engineering Or Equivalent

Work experience: 1 to 2 Years of Industry Experience

Additional knowledge: Working Knowledge of Excel, Awareness of SCM concept.
