Role Overview

The Retail
Sales Agent will be responsible for converting ATV leads into successful
online vehicle purchases on the DriveX Direct platform. This role involves engaging
with potential buyers over the phone, guiding them through the vehicle discovery
and purchase process, and driving transaction completion between buyers and
sellers on the platform. The agent plays a critical role in improving buyer
conversion and platform liquidity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement

- Contact buyers who have shown interest in
vehicles listed on the DriveX Direct platform.

- Understand buyer requirements and guide
them toward suitable vehicle listings.


Conversion to Transaction

- Assist buyers in progressing from ATV
stage to confirmed vehicle purchase.

- Educate customers on the DriveX Direct
purchase process and build trust in the platform.


Buyer Assistance

- Address customer queries related to:

- Vehicle condition and
inspection details

- Pricing and negotiation

- Transaction process

- Documentation requirements


Transaction Coordination

- Facilitate communication between buyers
and sellers when required.

- Ensure buyers complete the necessary
steps to finalize the purchase.






Follow -ups & Lead Management

- Maintain regular follow -ups with
interested buyers.

- Track and update lead status in CRM
systems.


Data Discipline

- Maintain accurate records of customers
interactions and deal progress.

- Provide daily reporting on lead progress
and conversion outcomes.


Requirements

Experience

- 2+ years of experience in tele -sales,
inside sales, or online transaction sales roles


Mandatory
Skills

- Solid persuasion and negotiation ability

- Customer objection handling

- Ability to guide customers through online
purchase processes

Language
Requirements (Mandatory)

Candidates
must be fluent in:

- English

- Tamil

- Kannada

- Hindi

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates
with experience in the following sectors will be preferred:

- Used vehicle marketplaces

- Automotive dealerships (inside sales /
lead conversion roles)

- Classified platforms

- E -commerce sales

- Auto loan sales

- Insurance sales

- Online marketplaces
