We are
looking for an Operations Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and
attention to detail to drive efficiency across portfolio management, fund
accounting, trade operations, and compliance. The role will be instrumental in
maintaining operational excellence, ensuring regulatory adherence, and
delivering seamless onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Support portfolio management activities
including trade validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure
accurate tracking of investments.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for
execution and reporting of investment strategies.
- Oversee fund accounting processes
including NAV calculations, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in
financial reporting and fund performance analysis.
- Liaise with custodians, auditors, and
external partners for fund -related activities.
- Manage end -to -end trade lifecycle
including execution, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Identify and resolve trade breaks,
discrepancies, and settlement issues.
- Ensure all operations comply with
regulatory and internal compliance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Robust
understanding of financial markets, instruments, and trade lifecycle.
- Experience
in investment operations, fund accounting, or trade operations
- Experience
in compliance, regulatory reporting, and onboarding processes.
- Excellent
analytical, problem -solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial
systems/tools.
