We are looking for a reliable and motivated Operations Support Specialist in Kochi to support the ongoing development of our local operations.

In this role, you will combine hands-on customer service responsibilities with operational and organizational support, playing an important part in the day-to-day functioning and further development of our locations.

- Plan, organize, and oversee the complete examination cycle
- Develop and maintain examination schedules
- Coordinate examination logistics, including venues, invigilators, materials,



and technical resources
- Ensure examinations comply with institutional regulations, accreditation standards, and applicable legal requirements
- Develop, review, and improve examination policies and procedures

- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
- Good PC and MS Office skills
- Based in Kochi
