As an ERP Technical - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' technology landscapes across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain functions by leveraging Microsoft Dynamics. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will contribute to PwC's strategy-led and technology-enabled value proposition, aligning industry focus with Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI. This role involves deploying and optimizing Microsoft Business Applications Suite to provide enterprises with tailored solutions that meet their unique business needs.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving skills to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will be responsible for building meaningful client relationships, navigating complex situations, and mentoring junior team members. Your ability to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions will be crucial as you grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex business issues and developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics ERP
- Collaborating with clients to transform their Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain technology landscapes
- Leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Power BI to enhance client technology strategies
- Implementing and optimizing Microsoft Business Applications Suite to meet unique business needs
- Managing and mentoring junior team members to deliver quality client solutions
- Utilizing critical thinking to address unstructured problems and extract insights from industry trends
- Reviewing work for quality, accuracy, and relevance to maintain professional standards
- Facilitating data integration and customization to improve business performance
- Engaging in continuous process improvement to enhance delivery excellence
- Building and maintaining client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
