About the Role: We are a growing MSP serving small to mid-sized businesses (30-300 users). We are looking for an Assistant Manager who is a "Technical Powerhouse." You will lead our service delivery team, manage client escalations, and provide technical consulting. We believe management can be learned, but technical depth is a requirement from Day 1.

Technical Requirements (The Must-Haves):
Windows Server Expert: Deep experience with AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server settings.
Networking & Security: Practical experience configuring and managing Firewalls (Sophos/Fortinet), VLANs, and VPNs.
Cloud & Apps: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Azure.
Endpoint & Backup: Hands-on with EDR/MDR solutions and NAS (Synology/QNAP).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of core technical experience.
