Elite Domain Real Estate is hiring a dedicated and well-organized HR Executive to manage recruitment and employee coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle HR operations efficiently in a qualified workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment (screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in attendance tracking and payroll coordination
Ensure smooth communication between management and staff
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (HR background preferred)
1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (preferred)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR processes
Must be based in Lucknow or nearby
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
