Experience building platforms
In-depth knowledge of Microservices Architecture and proven experience in creating, deploying, and managing the lifecycle of multiple services
Experience in building large-scale applications
Proven experience in services/contract design, integration strategies, and trade-offs
Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and demonstrable performance optimization skills
Adept in making sound technical decisions while quickly adapting to changing business needs
Ability to use AI in coding to accelerate the development cycle
Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, MySQL, and Hibernate
5+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities
Architect and lead the development of backend services
Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment
Develop recent features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements




Engage and collaborate with front-end engineers while leading backend teams to create and implement reliable contracts
Ability to take full ownership and think from the ground up using first principles
Open to business orientation and product thinking
Open to feedback and challenges on key development decisions
Willingness to challenge other stakeholders on technology and product asks
Research, ideate, prototype, stay updated with emerging trends, and integrate recent technologies
Act as a technical coach and mentor to junior team members

Qualifications
Engineering (BE / BTech) from a reputed college or MCA with relevant experience
Constantly upskilling on the latest technologies and platforms
