Key Responsibilities:
Conduct laboratory experiments and chemical trials.
Support current product development, formulation, and process improvement.
Perform chemical analysis and maintain accurate experimental records.
Review and understand scientific papers, research literature relevant to R&D; projects.
Assist in troubleshooting, pilot trials, and process scale-up.
Prepare technical reports and R&D; documentation.
Follow laboratory safety and chemical handling procedures.
