We are hiring for a leading technology-led Healthcare-life sciences organization for an
experienced EU Recruiter
to join their team
in Bengaluru.

Position: EU Recruiter

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: Work from Office | Hybrid flexibility

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for EU hiring requirements.
Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates across European markets.
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
Build and maintain solid candidate pipelines.
Manage stakeholder communication throughout the recruitment process.
Drive the recruitment process from sourcing through offer closure.
Ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring timelines and quality expectations.

Requirement:
5+ years of experience in EU/European recruitment.
Strong experience in end-to-end (E2E) recruitment.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Robust sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities.




Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and priorities effectively.
Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office, with hybrid flexibility.
