Job Summary

A senior Project Manager with a minimum of 12+ years of delivery management experience to support Channels delivery and implementation. A strong background in Retail banking, preferably Channels, is required, along with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between project outcomes and business objectives.
Role Details
Role Type: Project Manager (Senior)
Total Experience Required: 12+ years of overall delivery management experience (this specific role requires more than the standard band minimum - see Required Skills below).
BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services Insurance) experience is mandatory.
Location: Open - candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Engagement Duration: 1 year+ (this is expected to be a multi-year engagement).
Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred.



Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered - this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery and implementation of Channels-related initiatives across Retail Banking
Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between project outcomes and business objectives
Own stakeholder engagement with senior leadership, operations, and technology teams
Track and report delivery progress using Jira
Support global, multi-market delivery coordination where applicable
Required / Must-Have Skills
Minimum 12+ years of delivery management experience
Robust background in Retail banking, preferably Channels
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and align project outcomes with business objectives
Solid stakeholder management skills - able to engage senior leadership, operations, and technology teams
Robust Jira skills
