We are looking for International Semi-Voice Process Executives with a minimum of 6 months of experience in International Chat or Voice Process. The role involves handling customer chats and calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.

Qualification: Any Graduate
Shift: Complete Night Shift
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Transport: Free Two-Way Cab within the hiring radius

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through international chats and calls.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information and solutions.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Follow process guidelines and company policies while handling interactions.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.




• Maintain accuracy and quality while handling multiple chats and calls.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Meet assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets.
• Work effectively as part of a team and maintain positive coordination with colleagues.
• Be adaptable to work in complete night shifts as per business requirements.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Chat or Voice Process.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good typing and multitasking skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
