Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-oriented, and sales-driven Jewellery Sales & Client Coordination Executive to manage customer enquiries, coordinate with backend teams, and ensure smooth end-to-end workflow for jewellery orders.
The ideal candidate should be skilled, well-spoken, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently handling customer communication while coordinating internally to fulfill client requirements.

Skills Required

1.Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil
(Hindi/Urdu is an added advantage)
2.Solid sales and persuasion skills
3.Customer relationship handling
4.Qualified phone etiquette
5.Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

Work Requirements

1.Laptop/Desktop mandatory
2.Availability during business hours
3.Immediate response capability for customer enquiries
4.Performance-based incentives
