Role & responsibilities
Generate recent B2B leads through outbound sales, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, networking, events, and other channels.
Identify target organizations and key decision-makers such as CXOs, CTOs, CIOs, IT Heads, and Procurement Heads.
Build, maintain, and regularly update a healthy sales pipeline in the CRM.
Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, understand customer requirements, and identify business prospects.
Drive sales opportunities from initial discussions through proposals, POCs, negotiations, and closure.
Develop current accounts and expand business within existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
Identify and promote solutions across Cloud, Managed Services, DevOps, IT Infrastructure, IT Staffing, Application Development, AI/GenAI, and Technology Consulting.
Build robust relationships with prospects and customers and act as the key commercial point of contact during the sales cycle.
Coordinate with technical and solution teams for solution design, estimation, proposals, and customer presentations.




Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals, SOWs, RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, and commercial documents.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, opportunity updates, and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining the required pipeline coverage.
