Sales Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to achieve EV sales targets.
Manage the sales team and monitor daily sales activities.
Identify new business prospects and expand the customer base.
Maintain relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and fleet operators.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and promote EV products and services.
Prepare sales reports and submit them to management.

Service Responsibilities
Oversee the complete operation of the EV service workshop.
Ensure timely vehicle servicing and repairs.
Monitor service quality and maintain customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with technicians to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Ensure the availability of spare parts and service tools.
Implement preventive maintenance programs.
Monitor warranty claims and maintain service records.

Team Management
Lead, train, and supervise the sales and service teams.
Conduct regular performance reviews.




Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Coordinate with different departments to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of automobile sales and service operations.
Valuable understanding of electric vehicle technology.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Solid communication and customer relationship management skills.
Knowledge of workshop management and service processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile
B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in automobile sales and service.
Experience in the EV industry will be an added advantage.
Ability to manage both sales and after-sales operations independently.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
