Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role where you will play a key part in driving revenue, managing sales data, analyzing insights, and delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Management
Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend personalized gut health solutions
Drive the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service
Data Management & Analytics
Manage and organize sales data to track performance and customer interactions
Analyze data to generate insights that improve sales strategies and customer engagement
Maintain accurate records and reports using CRM tools
Communication & Collaboration
Effectively communicate Sova Health’s value proposition via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to align sales efforts and enhance customer experience
Target Achievement & Incentives
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to unlock attractive performance-based incentives
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
1–2 years of experience in inside sales, client-facing, or similar roles
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong data management and analytical abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
Relationship-building and customer-centric mindset
Self-motivated and target-driven approach
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
