We are looking for a motivated and driven Global Accounting Process Owner – Finance Operations (m/f/d) to join our Global Accounting, Process Excellence Team. In this role, you'll help shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have direct influence on our success.

About the Role
Own and govern the global end-to-end accounting process, including standards, policies, procedures, and controls
Drive global process harmonization and standardization across regions, business units, and shared service centres
Lead process optimization initiatives, including native, robotic and agentive process automation, workflow optimization, and ERP enhancements
Maintain the global process optimization roadmap, prioritize improvement opportunities, and manage implementation of approved initiatives




Define and monitor process KPIs, service levels, and performance targets to ensure continuous improvement and value realization
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
Partner with key stakeholders — including SSC, IT, country and regional teams, Product Owners, and external providers — to optimize end-to-end process performance
Leverage process mining, analytics, and benchmarking to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and best practices
Lead change management activities, including communication, training, and adoption of current processes and technologies

About You
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field .Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ACCA, CFA, CPA) are a plus.
Big 4 experience; Senior Manager level or above is preferred
