The selected candidates will be involved in technical training, software implementation, project-based learning and digital transformation initiatives in the AEC and engineering domains.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions for students, faculty and industry professionals on relevant engineering and design software.
Prepare and deliver structured training content, presentations and practical exercises.
Provide hands-on guidance and support during software-based projects and assignments.
Develop project-based learning activities and real-world case studies.
Stay updated with the latest developments in BIM, CAD, digital design and engineering technologies.
Support workshops, Faculty Development Programs, seminars and industry training programs.
Assist in developing training materials,
course content and technical documentation.
Evaluate learners' performance and provide technical guidance and feedback.
Work collaboratively with the training and technical team to improve course delivery and learning outcomes.
Desired Skills
Good knowledge of relevant engineering/design software and digital technologies.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or a relevant technical discipline, depending on the role.
