Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Sales Executive to join a jewellery showroom in Surat. The ideal candidate should have experience in jewellery or retail sales, excellent customer-handling skills, and a solid focus on achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
Explain jewellery designs, product features, pricing, offers, and quality.
Assist customers throughout the selection and purchase process.
Demonstrate jewellery products professionally.
Achieve daily, monthly, and assigned sales targets.
Follow up with customers and generate repeat business.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Coordinate with billing and inventory teams.




Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
Maintain a professional showroom setting.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery sales or retail sales.
Previous experience in a jewellery showroom is preferred.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Good sales, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Skilled and presentable personality.
Ability to work full-time from the showroom.
