Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and guest-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations and delivering exceptional service in line with five-star luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Supervise and guide the service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Welcome guests, understand their requirements, and ensure a personalised dining experience.
Monitor service standards, table setups, grooming, and overall restaurant presentation.
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with the Kitchen, Stewarding, and other departments for smooth service.
Assist with staff briefings, training, duty allocation, and performance monitoring.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel service standards.
Monitor restaurant reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow.




Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving revenue, cost-control, and guest satisfaction targets.
Prepare and maintain operational reports as required.

Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role in a five-star hotel, luxury property, or fine-dining restaurant.
Solid knowledge of F&B; service and restaurant operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
Valuable knowledge of food and beverage service standards and dining etiquette.
Ability to manage a team and handle busy operations confidently.
Strong grooming, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A hospitality/F&B; qualification will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
