The candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end insurance claims processing services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of claims. The role involves reviewing claim documents, validating information, processing transactions, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Process insurance claims from initiation to closure with high accuracy and productivity.
Review, validate, and analyze claim documentation as per client guidelines.
Investigate and resolve claim-related discrepancies and exceptions.
Ensure compliance with insurance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records and update claim-related information in internal systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve claims processing efficiency and service quality.
Develop and deliver business solutions that enhance insurance claims operations and customer experience.
Meet defined quality, productivity, and turnaround time targets.
