Role Summary
We're looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be the face of our brand at the counter — precise with your craft, warm with our guests.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages to brand standards (espresso, pour-over, cold brew, milk-based drinks, etc.)
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders and brewing equipment
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning across all beverages
Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and recommend menu items to guests
Handle cash/POS transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and service area as per FSSAI standards




Manage stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables; flag reorder needs
Support opening/closing checklist duties

Requirements
Prior barista experience in a café, QSR, or specialty coffee setting preferred
Working knowledge of espresso machines and brewing techniques
Basic latte art skills a plus
Strong communication and customer service orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
Willingness to work weekends/shifts as per café hours
