Key Responsibilities
Design & Collection Development: Conceptualize, design, and develop fresh clothing collections and innovative fashion products from initial sketch to final product.
Trend Research: Actively research global and domestic market trends, color palettes, fabric innovations, and customer preferences to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
Brand Alignment: Create unique, commercially viable designs that strongly align with Sazrika Fashion's core brand identity and aesthetic.
Production Coordination:



Collaborate closely with sampling, tailoring, and production teams. Oversee product development to ensure garment construction, fit, and quality meet design specifications.
Material Selection: Source and select appropriate fabrics, trims, embellishments, and accessories that fit both the design vision and budget targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams to align product launches with business growth strategies and customer feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience working as a Fashion Designer (experience in ethnic wear, fusion, or contemporary women's wear is a plus).
Education: Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design from a recognized institute.
Technical Skills:
Solid hand-sketching and illustration skills.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
