Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to manage daily social media activities, audience engagement, promotional deals, and influencer marketing while maintaining a strong and consistent online presence for the brand.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily posting and publishing of content across social media platforms.
Plan and coordinate posts, promotional offers, deals, and campaigns.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.
Appropriately manage or hide negative, spam, or inappropriate comments as per company guidelines.
Coordinate with relevant teams for social media-related customer concerns.
Identify and coordinate with influencers and content creators.
Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, collaborations, and follow-ups.
Track influencer campaign performance and maintain collaboration records.




Coordinate promotional deals and campaign requirements with relevant teams.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
Maintain the brand's tone and social media guidelines.
Track reach, engagement, views, and other relevant performance metrics.
Prepare regular reports on posting activities, influencer campaigns, deals, and social media performance.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
Ability to handle negative comments and online situations professionally.
Good follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.
Creative approach to content, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced e-commerce workplace.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000
