. Exposure to both luxury, residentials and commerial sals.
. Solid negotiations, persuasion and deal structuring skills.
. Ability to work in a target- driven, high performance sales enviorment
. Excellent communication and presentation skill with executive presence.
.Strategic thinker with the ability to align sales execution with investor need and markets trends
