Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and leading the complete execution of residential construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, budget control, and effective coordination with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of residential construction projects
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones
Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, specifications, and contracts
Ensure construction work meets approved drawings, quality standards, and specifications
Monitor project costs, budgets, and resource utilization
Manage contractors and subcontractors and review their performance
Identify and resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements
Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare MIS/progress reports
Lead Project Managers, Site Engineers,



and construction teams
Ensure smooth project completion, quality checks, and final handover

Skills Required:
Solid project management and leadership skills
Extensive knowledge of residential construction
Expertise in project planning, estimation, billing, and cost control
Robust contractor and stakeholder management skills
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera / MS Project, and MS Office

Qualification & Experience:
BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
12–18 years of experience in residential construction
Minimum 5 years in a senior project management/leadership role

Preferred Experience:
Experience in high-rise residential buildings, luxury apartments, villas, townships, and gated communities
Robust exposure to RCC construction, finishing, MEP coordination, quality control, contracts, billing, and project handover

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,00
