Key Responsibilities
Gold Appraisal: Accurately appraise gold, determine purity, and calculate loan value.
Loan Processing: Handle customer transactions, document verification, and manage the loan lifecycle from approval to closure.
Sales & Marketing: Generate current leads, acquire customers, and promote loan products to meet monthly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Provide excellent service, address queries, and manage existing client relationships.
Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to company policies and safety guidelines for the secured gold.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in banking, NBFCs, or gold loan sales is typically required.
Skills: Robust knowledge of gold appraisal methods, financial acumen, and excellent communication.
Education: Any degree.
