We is looking for a creative and agile Social Media Marketing & Creative Executive who can manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and support digital marketing activities including basic ad management.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute social media marketing strategies for brand growth and engagement
Manage company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and stories
Independently create UGC-style videos for the brand, including shooting, editing, and presenting content in a relatable, creator-style format
Design creatives for social media campaigns and digital promotions
Develop monthly content calendars and posting schedules
Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to improve performance
Collaborate with the team to convert ideas into creative marketing content
Handle basic Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) including boosting posts and campaign setup
Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports
Ensure consistent brand voice, tone,



and visual identity across platforms
Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and content formats

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing / Content Creation
Robust creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas
Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe tools, CapCut, or similar design/video tools
Basic knowledge of video editing (Reels, Shorts, UGC-style content, etc.)
Ability to shoot and create UGC-style videos independently for social media platforms
Understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Positive communication and storytelling skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Creative mindset with attention to detail
