Job Title: Sizing Executive
Department: Weaving / Sizing
Experience: 2 to 10 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, or related field
Location: Erode
Reporting To: Sizing Manager / Production Manager
Key Responsibilities
Production & Process Management
Operate and monitor sizing machines to achieve daily production targets.
Ensure proper sizing application as per yarn count, fabric construction, and customer specifications.
Monitor warp beam preparation and sizing process parameters.
Optimize machine performance to achieve maximum machine efficiency.
Coordinate with weaving, warping, and quality departments for smooth production flow.
Ensure timely availability of sized beams for weaving production.
Quality Control
Monitor size pick-up percentage and maintain required standards.
Ensure uniform penetration and adhesion of sizing chemicals.
Reduce yarn breakage during sizing and weaving processes.
Conduct regular quality checks for sized beam characteristics.
Analyze fabric and loom performance issues related to sizing quality.
